Emerald Bay Equity acquired this well-located former gas station site for redevelopment in 2007. Through creative site planning and city entitlement efforts, our team was able to work around the ongoing environmental remediation by the previous owener to create an attractive retail setting. This in-fill project is fully leased with credit tenants (Starbucks and T-Mobile). Construction is scheduled for completion summer 2008.
