Development of a 26,000 sf retail center in Covington's Downtown area. The project brought restaurants and other shops to this community. Cross access, infrastructure extension, and challenging jurisdictional requirements were major hurdles that were overcome. Tenants include Starbucks, Panda Express, The Rock, Sleep Country and others.
